Privacy Policy
Atlas is a personal assistant that you talk to by phone, web call, or text. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and basic profile.
- Phone number: the mobile number you give your assistant, so it can text or call you and recognize you when you call it.
- Conversations: calls and messages with your assistant — transcripts, and call recordings (recordings are on by default; you can turn them off in Settings).
- Usage: basic technical data needed to run the service (timestamps, message counts, error logs).
How we use it
To run your assistant: understand your requests, remember what you ask it to remember, complete tasks you approve, and improve quality during the private beta. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your conversations for advertising.
Text messages
By providing your mobile number to Atlas, you consent to receive conversational messages and notifications from your assistant at that number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Recording notice
Calls with Atlas are recorded by default so we can improve the service. You can opt out in Settings, and we honor legal notice requirements for recorded calls.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to operate the service: Supabase (database/auth), DigitalOcean (hosting, Canada), SignalWire (telephony/SMS), OpenRouter (AI models), ElevenLabs (speech), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), Composio (integrations). Some of these process data in the United States; this is disclosed here and in our data-processing terms.
Retention, export, deletion
Your data stays yours. You can export it or delete your account at any time; deletion removes your data from the service (backups roll off on a schedule).
