Terms of Service
Atlas is an AI personal-assistant service ("we", "us", "Atlas"). By using Atlas you agree to these terms.
The service
Atlas is in private beta. It answers calls, places calls you approve, sends and receives texts, and performs tasks using tools you connect. Features may change and availability is not guaranteed during the beta.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access secure. Beta access is invite-only.
Acceptable use
Do not use Atlas to break the law, send spam or unsolicited messages, harass anyone, or attempt to harm the service or other users. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Text messaging program
Atlas sends conversational messages and notifications to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Recordings
Calls are recorded by default and can be turned off in Settings. You are responsible for informing other parties on calls you place, where required by law.
Content and results
AI results can be wrong. Review important actions before relying on them. You are responsible for what you ask Atlas to do.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is" during the beta, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.
Termination
You can stop using Atlas and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end the beta service with notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
